After reading the passage do you agree or disagree why or why not?

I would say for Maury to contact all information his client has in his paperwork to reach. I would send letters and if not contacted or not paid, I would take it further to a legal standpoint. The ethical issues and concerns Maury should keep in mind, is that he is a private practice working for a fee-for-service basis. Maury should have his customers pay before his service is given. He should write up a contract saying if it were not to help them, by his choice, he should be able to give them a full refund back. I would also try to contact parents to just ask and see if they know a better way to contact their son due to his nonpayment.
